To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同行四人大約1點入座,仲有好多空枱。13:07叫咗一個常餐,其他三個炒粉,炒飯和生炒骨飯。大約5分鐘左右上飲品,一杯熱奶茶,三杯凍檸茶。店員指住其中一杯話少甜,友人話係要少冰唔係少甜。店員話:咁幫你攞番啲冰出嚟。友人話咁都唔係少甜。店員企係度唔郁,我話,咁攞個杯嚟裝番啲冰,攞少少糖水或糖漿出嚟算啦。之後攞咗個空杯嚟,糖水冇咗影😐之後常餐到,13:33另外三個餐都未嚟,催咗兩三次,最後要到大約13:45先上齊🙄唔講食物質素,咁嘅服務唔會再嚟啦。
