To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日去因為人多, 所以冇雞腳食, 有少少失望, 那天我們三個人食了半隻豉油雞(好滑冇想過會食晒), 蝦醬通菜(食晒), 蝦干菜圃大豆芽(蝦干比以前細隻左, 食晒) + 椒鹽骨(豬扒, 份量有成4-5片, 食唔晒一半打包回家), 所有的份量也多.星期二(2個人)再去, 因為星期日食唔到黃金蝦, 都OK,今天叫了, 還試了新菜什麼白玉卷, 即是腐皮包豆腐+帶子肉蒸了加蝦子在面, 豆腐滑帶子鮮, 再加蝦醬通菜肥牛, 不過肥牛就麻麻, 覺得炒過時&厚身.
