To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前看到網上介紹呢間好似不錯咁,日式半自助餐,因此選擇星期日來這裡預祝生日。在用餐的兩個星期前,收到餐廳電話要交訂金,每位200蚊,因為太多人,因此我們就預先付了訂金。當天去到即刻可以入座,食12-3pm,12點去到已經有好多人排緊隊拎刺身食,可以拎既食物有: 燒牛肉、鴨胸、沙律、刺身(三文魚、油甘魚、甜蝦、吞拿魚、帶子)、壽司(一些小卷)、凍蟹、串燒(豚肉、雞翼)、燒粟米、天婦羅(南瓜、蝦…)。刺身方面每款都不錯,帶子冇乜味,油甘魚最好食,甜蝦也不錯,不腥,我平常不太吃甜蝦的也吃了4、5隻。天婦羅也不錯,炸皮薄,蝦好味,不過也有點梳打粉味。串燒方面豚肉很dry很硬,雞翼不錯,雞翼皮咸咸的幾好味~ 燒粟米好好食~另外,每人有一份主菜,我們選了牛柳粒和銀鱈魚味噌燒,份量真的很小。牛柳粒還不錯,都幾牛味,但銀鱈魚味噌燒就一般,魚肉不夠滑,魚皮又非常un,平常最喜愛吃魚皮的我也不吃了。唔知點解店員突然送上虎蝦同帶子,這兩款不錯。到最後開始飽了,就主攻蟹,此時都已經冇乜人出去拎野食~有章魚燒拎尼食,也有章魚燒學堂學整,唔一定要整,可以就咁去拎尼食~我有學到整,學完可以拎張證書寫自己個名,幾有趣

我有學到整,學完可以拎張證書寫自己個名,幾有趣,不過個爐實在好熱,手都被油燙傷。

章魚幾大舊,不過章魚燒的味道一般。


最後的甜品盤,草莓不錯,哈密瓜不是太甜,雪糕是宇治抹茶味,milktop的。

另外,飲品只有茶,我們點了$98+10%可以任飲汽水和橙汁,都有點貴。


總結,食物款式不是太多,拎食物的位置很少,每人要500幾蚊都幾貴,感覺好似酒店buffet比較划算。
