To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嚟過呢間餐廳幾次食下午茶，印象中味道幾好，不過完全唔記得咗食過啲乜嘢，今日喺西貢行完山，又再嚟呢處，諗住食過番尋味。雖然仲係下午茶時間，但係今次冇叫下午茶餐，叫咗個常餐嘅星洲炒米，包例湯同一杯嘢飲。例湯先上，幾好味，但係我飲唔出係乜嘢湯😆。跟住好快星洲炒米就嚟埋，真係好大碟，賣相都OK，但係味道一般，冇乜咖喱香味亦都唔辣；仲有果啲米粉好硬，浸唔透，連我咁鍾意食硬身麵條、米粉嘅人都覺得佢太硬。星米裏面有啲蝦仔，細細隻不過幾新鮮，但係嗰啲火腿絲就味道麻麻，如果可以改用叉燒絲就應該好好多。凍檸茶味道一般。嚟過呢度食幾次，今次係味道最麻麻嘅一次😅，可能廚師唔叻炒星洲米。
