To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 跟朋友一起相約飲茶聚聚,在眾多星級餐廳裡,朋友選了米其林二星的營致會館,一家開業只是三個多月便勇奪米其林二星的茶餐廳,我們一眾好友便相約於此 。脆香貴妃雞,這個是招牌菜,製作非常精美,應該用油炸過了,雞皮沒有上糖,所以顏色並不會變的太深,而是把皮炸出了波如蟬翼的感覺, 入口也不會肥膩,賣相十分的好。鮑魚雞粒酥,鮑魚煨的恰到好處,軟且有嚼勁,雞肉滑嫩入味,味道一如既往的nice。 最後還要了一份薑汁芥蘭,現在的人講究養生,一定要吃一些爽口的蔬菜,一餐才算圓滿。 一人一份甜品,邊吃邊聊兩個多小時,相聚說長不長,說短也不短。 但是我們大家吃得都很開心,所以覺得時間過得真的很快,希望以後還能相聚於此。
