牛魔王今次又去大坑搵食, 之前有去過大坑的Warren食晚餐, 整體覺得好滿意, 爬文得知原來Warren有間姊妹店...仲要係Steak House😍記得上次喺Warren的星級服務, 今次喺Bovini同樣享受到, 講真!! 真係唔會有幾多地方可以有咁嘅水準Dinner Set分3個levels - Joyful, Deluxe & Premium...分別在配Risotto / 配Steak, 又或者兩者都要晒Deluxe Dinner Set 我地一開始已表明心跡要食Steak...所以就揀選了 “Deluxe” Garlic Bread蒜蓉包唔係hea用蒜蓉牛油填滿個包就算, 而係填滿一粒粒新鮮蒜蓉碎, 香味十足麵包用上軟身的麵包, 外層烘得酥脆Starter - Classic Ceaser Salad 賣相勁靚, Ceaser Salad擺放得好似盆栽般, 再用整塊綠油油的羅馬生菜吸晴, 夠醒神生菜超新鮮爽脆, 混合著蕃茄粒、煙肉粒、芝士碎、麵包粒Starter - Home-Made Crab Cake w/ Tartar Sauce蟹餅外層煎得脆脆, 蟹味濃郁, 切開
記得上次喺Warren的星級服務, 今次喺Bovini同樣享受到, 講真!! 真係唔會有幾多地方可以有咁嘅水準
