To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚可以同老朋友聚會, book咗THE MIRA 國金軒食飯 , 其實自己之前都好想去呢度食飯, 但中式通常都起碼有番6-8人先可以食到多D款式菜色!我哋一行7人, 朋友BOOK 台時已訂京式片皮鴨, 因此菜色要提前訂先可以 ! 等一度一度菜色上台介紹比大家 :1. 京式片皮鴨先以即場片皮, 即時聽到皮脆之聲音, 加上肉香即傳到我腦海 , 未食都感覺到 "皮香及脆" ! 上台後見到有三份卷皮(原味, 菠菜等.....), 我都係第一次見菠菜卷皮, 然後我們便立即配上配料, 入口後直接感受到皮脆肉滑, 油份不太多, 正 !2. 糖脆鱔球 上台初時以為是燒肉排, 睇真D先知係燒鱔, 入口好脆,D骨燒到好似無骨咁, 肉質好鮮及有口感, 鱔身汁醬都好平均, 正 ! 3. 雪魚估唔到, 雪魚咁製法都感覺好特別, 唔似一般炸魚件咁平凡, 入口鮮甜, 魚身雖然炸過, 但只是輕輕炸過, 所以可以保留到肉汁幼嫩, 絕無冰鮮味! 4. 片皮鴨兩食-生菜包 片皮鴨兩食-生菜包, 係全晚比較平凡 5. 柱花炒三絲 炒三絲內, 油份唔多, 芽菜帶三絲好清爽; 6. 國金炒飯國金炒飯上台時,唔係
