金色不如帰於2015至2018年獲得東京米芝蓮必比登推介,並於2019至2021年連續三年榮獲東京米芝蓮一星,上次到東京旅行時亦有計劃朝聖可惜最後不了了之,近年終於引入香港可以一償心願。短短兩年間,金色不如帰已經在香港開設四間分店,主打用上大蜆、豚骨、魚介等熬製而成的黃金貝汁湯頭,唯獨是銅鑼灣店則另闢蹊徑以蠔為主題。牡蠣鹽味拉麵 ($118) 湯頭結合蠔湯、豬骨湯及魚湯,再加上鮮蠔油、自家蠔醬、火箭菜、意大利番茜、紫洋蔥及京蔥,濃厚鹹鮮味有如蠔豉一樣,同時意大利番茜味亦佔一席位。兩片叉燒以低溫慢煮,肥瘦均稱而肉質軟嫩;而拉麵亦有別於一般拉麵店,口感近似蕎麥麵而且偏軟。煙熏黑椒豚骨拉麵 ($115) 湯底味道相對濃重偏鹹,細呷之下能夠隱約嘗出淡淡菇菌香。將京蔥底下蘊藏的肉碎拌入湯後煙熏黑椒香隨之而來。三層肉叉燒脂肪豐腴,油而不膩可惜只得薄薄一片。除了牡蠣鹽味拉麵之外,餐牌上亦有菇燒牡蠣串、蠣泡茶漬飯等銅鑼灣店限定菜式;飲品方面則點了木村完熟白桃梳打汽水 ($32) 蘋果焙茶 ($35)。牡蠣野菜天婦羅 ($88) 包括日本蠔、新鮮粟米、明太子釀尖椒及金菇,四款調味均鹹度較高,或因如此明太
