To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

文華海南雞飯（$138）非常豐盛的海南雞飯🩷有整整一隻雞髀🍖，再加很多其他部分的雞肉，還有伴碟🥒🍅，跟一碗湯🍲和一碗香米飯🍚，賣相有種自然而生的貴氣。首先，不得不說，雞肉真的夠哂嫩滑肥美😍，而且份量也很大方，多得原本的一大碗飯也不夠，要再另叫多碗香米飯（$26），而且香米飯本身也有烹調過，異常可口🤤，簡單令人胃口大開，不知不覺全吃掉😋。然後，湯亦都有驚喜，居然係雞湯😮，充滿雞香味，好好飲，絕冇揸流攤👍🏻。成個文華海南雞飯性價比極高✨✨星洲海鮮炒貴刁($128)有大大粒帶子❤️、鮮蝦🦐、魷魚🦑，口感豐富，份量很多，味道咸咸哋甜甜哋，唔會好多油，既享受到美味，又食得冇負擔⭐️⭐️
