To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

叮噹熱潮之下，K11 Musea真係人頭湧湧。我也湊湊熱鬧去望下。睇完正好午飯時段，搵咗一間星加坡過江龍星級餐廳，主打海南雞飯。椰子雪糕番石榴梳打原來椰子味道跟番石榴味咁夾，非常清甜，又有番石榴果肉增加口感。炎炎夏日最佳飲品。海南雞飯雞肉嫰滑無比。😋皮下脂肪比例不多。有三款醬汁，可案個人喜好加添。雞油飯好好味，粒粒分明不油膩，油香滿溢。椰子雪糕賣相己經夠吸引！椰子味道濃厚，黏黏綿綿口感，好正👍。
