To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

亞女大個左，一於帶佢去食buffet先，今次《東南亞海鮮燒烤美饌為主題》，有一係列新加坡、馬來西亞及泰國食品，而且仲可以自己動手同cupcake裝飾添。去食自助餐必食海鮮😍有拉斯加蟹腳、波士頓龍蝦、藍青口、翡翠螺等多款海鮮，岩哂我🤣。今次主打星馬泰美食，🈶️我喜歡嘅泰式酸辣鳳爪，酸酸辣辣好開胃，泰式柚子蝦沙律、泰式粉絲魷魚沙律等。另外，仲🈶️香辣惹味泰式紅咖哩、青咖哩、泰式魚餅、海南雞飯、香脆咖哩角等熱葷食物，亞女就喜歡食即叫即煮嘅新加坡泰式船麵🍜，湯底濃郁。由大廚👨🏻‍🍳即席主理嘅燒烤🈶️一燒蠔、燒豬頸肉、燒大蝦、串燒、燒西冷牛肉等🍢，好惹味呀炎熱☀️夏天緊係要飲番杯透心涼夏日飲料，有芒果沙冰、七彩椰汁冰、班蘭龍眼冰等，仲要食埋甜品，亞女食左火焰🔥雪山、雪糕🍦、雞蛋仔添。濠餐廳精心設計一系列親子活動，可以同小朋友參加親子烹飪工作坊添。
