To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

既然喺食春季時令,3月盛產嘅油甘魚順利成章為餐廳嘅推介刺身。唔喺店員特意介紹,真喺唔知原來有蜜柑味同柑橘味嘅油甘魚,前者嚟自四國愛媛縣,後者則嚟自九州大分縣,喺當地漁農加入蜜柑 / 柑橘嚟飼養,唔知有無錯,小弟所理解前者就喺我哋平時講開嘅柑,後者就喺橙。講番碟蜜柑味油甘魚,一客6片,片片厚薄均一,加上三文魚籽、柚子酸汁啫喱、柑肉及蔥花,唔單賣相更見細緻,味道多元,酸甜清爽,不過,如終加咗少少配料,油甘魚本身嘅柑味未見話好突出。

蜜柑油甘魚
試完個柑橘油甘魚之後,照辦煮碗,又喺乜都唔點就咁將肥美嘅油甘魚放入口,真喺又嗒到啲柑味,不過,老實講,橙味、柑味都差唔多,因為味道淡淡滲出,唔喺好強烈咁,所以,個人覺得兩者味道唔喺話差好遠。

雖然千両俾人嘅印象有少少高檔啲,亦比一般迴轉壽司嘅消費高,不過,不時不食,要食時令好嘢,自然就要付出多少少。之但喺,晌度食番次「春季時令鮮の選」,又真喺唔使一擲千金咁誇嘅
