今晚過開去太古就嚟咗呢間試試佢嘅鐵板燒, 由記得大半年前AEON新開嗰時, 整層food court堆滿人, 想話搵個位都難, 當時呢間就有唔少人排隊等位, 大半年後嘅今日已經可以輕輕鬆鬆搵位坐.  第一次嚟食就揀個中價位嘅春日鐵板餐試啦~ 好食冇遺憾 ; 難食冇返頭! 鐵板燒不可缺少嘅伴飯小角色 - 蒜味銀芽配時蔬.是日餐湯係麵鼓湯混入南瓜粒, 味道又幾夾喎!終於到餐牌上4道菜式上場啦, 我咁啱坐正近鐵板位置, 可以近距離補捉到廚師嘅身手!!脆煎青衣魚柳, 面層煎到香脆, 肉質爽口彈牙, 唔錯! 牛油板煎鵝肝, 口感入口即溶, 配埋蔥花炸蒜更添味道, 呢喋鵝肝係整個套餐最大嘅亮點, 板煎美國安格斯牛柳, 牛柳要半成熟, 雖然口感有嚼勁, 但可惜本身牛嘅味道唔算好濃郁.黃金和牛粒炒飯, 可能其他嘅燒肉都用咗好多調味料增味, 食埋呢個炒飯就真係得個 '鹹' 字, 食唔到黃金蛋香, 呢碟真係扣唔少分. 呢個春日鐵板餐有好味嘅菜式, 亦有敗筆嘅菜式.  整體味道嚟講都唔錯嘅, 以$399/2位嚟講抵唔抵食就真係見人見智.
