To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經過銅鑼灣都要睇下🇯🇵日本著名切繪藝術家大橋忍,用咗5日時間用全人手雕刻製作出複雜而美麗嘅紙雕作品,仲要只限銅鑼灣店展出 仲推出咗一系列嘅櫻花產品及別注版紀念品;3月係櫻花季節🌸今年無得去日本睇,咁就去銅鑼灣食住拉麵,睇住櫻花,就好似置身於日本嘅感覺;呢個紙雕作品由3月18日至5月10日限定展出 當然唔少得🌸櫻祭定食及櫻花飲品;🍜拉麵滑底用咗鮮甜嘅雞清湯加入濃郁嘅櫻花蝦粉,再配合紅菜頭汁,加入幼滑忌廉,咁就調配成如櫻嫩般嘅粉紅色湯底,再放上嫩滑慢煮雞肉、櫻花蝦🦐蓮藕及多款蔬菜,製作成春祭限定拉麵 – 桜ラーメン;除咗拉麵外,當然仲可以品嚐酸甜彈軟嘅櫻花水玄信餅同櫻花可樂地點📍登龍街18號VPOINT地下4號舖
