To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時食開譚仔三哥，因為落錯車嘅緣故去咗食普通嘅譚仔，如冇記錯普通嘅譚仔酸辣係比起三個更加辣，不過就冇酸菜。叫咗個蒜泥白肉，幾好味，啲肉質整得好薄所以一口一件，蒜蓉味和辣味都恰到好處。可惜是雞肉酸辣米線不得我心，首先雞肉有少少似大陸果種雞肉，熱到佢好爛冇晒肉嘅質感⋯而且酸辣亦都唔係以前果隻味，香味欠奉，整體米線普普通通，煮得太稔⋯看來要再諗乜諗以後仲會唔會嚟同一間食飯⋯
