這次遇到古怪包子,我只在想,這個包子和炸饅頭沒區別,而饀料才是主角,但鹹魚發揮不到味道來,沒吸引力可能用錯材料,説起鹹魚有兩種,實肉的和霉香的,肉質較為結實,香中帶甜。而霉香鹹魚較霉,但鹹香較濃,要略煎一㑹才散發出優質的霉香咸魚味,和豬絞肉溶馬蹄一齊包起來,蒸炸也好,希望廚師處理好,好讓更多顧客再次光臨 。
