To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是夜與好友來到元朗區《廚師發辦》的熱點──壽司之神,初初聽到呢個名,真不禁替餐廳抹一把冷汗,萬一食物水準稍遜,食客們都應該會紛紛踩台吧!但這夜的整個體驗,無論環境、食物、師傅、服務質素都非常滿意。話明廚師發辦,食物當然係由師傅話事,今次都試食咗不少當季食材,例如元貝、生蠔、鰻魚苗、松葉蟹、鮟鱇魚肝、白子、各類魚鮮、海膽等等。松葉蟹赤貝鮟鱇魚肝食材水準好高,當中特別想推介白子,先將白子用火稍稍燒烤,然後再配以師傅自家製的脆米餅,一軟一脆的口感,美味非常,好欣賞師傅追求既創意又保持食物鮮美的精神。此外,通常海膽的處理,一般會係就咁食,又或者烹調煮成海膽炒飯等,今次卻嘗試到「海膽撈飯」,將新鮮、鮮甜的海膽直接撈落珍珠米飯之中,令整碗飯好!鮮!甜!鍾意食海膽的人一定要試一次!
