鱈卵碗是這家的名物之一,食客可選一至兩款食材配搭明太子碗。選了三文魚拼魚子,鋪在飯面上份量不算少,用上甜香的秋田小町米,配合明太子、蛋絲、竹筍粒拌勻直接食用,咸鮮帶微辛的明太子、卜脆鮮香的三文魚籽,加上鮮美的三文魚,用以拌飯已是相當美味,再加入芝麻、香葱、紫菜同吃,層次更為豐富,最後加進熱湯和芥末拌勻就是傳統茶漬飯,這樣的一碗三食很有和式風味。

極品的蕃薯($38)

外型像極了小蛋糕,其實是以蕃薯做成的日式甜點甜美的蕃薯蓉口感實在,容易有飽膩感,二人分嚐便剛剛好了。

素來對明太子沒有太大的偏好,這天卻嚐了不少以明太子的菜式,明太子還是要配搭日本料理,才能讓食客體現到它的美好吧!
