Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日上課完畢，同學有事相談所以便快快到附近茶餐廳，聽同學說這間店原是在基隆街後來搬到這裡，在深水埗亦曾算出名過！我們三人坐下卡位，茶餐廳有的下午茶餐亦相差無幾，我們火促點了常餐~火腿奄列牛油麵包拼义燒米，揚州炒飯，魚蛋米！看到店內客感覺是附近街坊，而且也不少客人！此時同學開始交談食物也奉上！大大碗义燒米粉，再加上奄列相信同學吃完晚餐也不用吃這碗味道偏淡近乎無味的魚蛋米，吃幾口沒吃了，有待改善！同學對炒飯＋分欣賞，說飯裡惹味有口感很好吃！同學滔滔不絕地說話，我們坐了有一時多，侍應也沒有趕客情況！
