朋友約食飯去咗尖沙咀一間叫「八海山」的居酒屋,入到去見裝修傳統,聽到好多客人以日語傾談,即係好多日本人來吃,原來已經經營了10幾年,是日本人愛的老字號,價錢公道,食品多元化,我哋兩個人,依照女服務員的建議吃了以下:先上一份明太子煎蛋卷,個蛋做得好滑,裏面有少少鹹香係明太子,唔太鹹,新鮮冇腥味,質感濕濕地增添彈嘅滑度,好正。基本雜錦魚生, $420 唔貴,因為很豐富,七款刺身,每款兩至三件,包括我最鍾意的赤身、海膽及甘海老,亦有油甘魚、帆立貝、三文魚、八爪魚,全部都新鮮,切得厚口感好。雜錦天婦羅,最好食的天婦羅蝦有三隻,其餘係茄子、冬茹及青椒等,想唔到蔬菜都好多汁。今日凍凍地,食火鍋最好,日式牛肉清湯火鍋,牛肉份量唔少,我估係美國牛肉,湯料有豆腐、菜、粉絲,我哋自己加多一個烏冬,食完飽晒暖笠笠。最後食一個芝麻雪糕,呢一餐就完美了。
