To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 沙田其中一間要大家支持嘅餐廳就好似見證住時代嘅變遷咁香港人一定要 #撐黃店 今日一去到大約等咗30分鐘就有位了- 瑞士雞全翼撈麵 -雞翼好入味又5會話太咸配上公仔麵係絕配我覺得有樣嘢做得好好就係就算食到個麵凍咗佢個麵都5會話痴埋一餅嘢- 3眼仔葱油厚豬扒飯 -點解係3眼仔?因為係有三隻太陽蛋煮埋一齊仲要係半熟咖篤穿佢可以撈飯食至於豬扒咧就真係好厚同鬆化不過有少少乾所以要加埋葱油嚟食就會中和翻單食葱油會有少少咸
