To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 要吃好東西一定要訂位,上次行過突然想試一下,但沒有位,這次訂了。前菜三點,白水果粟米很甜;醬油漬魷魚,肉質爽帶點鹹香味;鱈魚片配南瓜蓉,魚片焦香,而且南瓜蓉甜甜的。右邊是飛魚刺身,肉質清爽比較有咬口,配上紫蘇葉花更是配合;左邊是鹿兒島石垣魚卷,魚肉比較厚實,油脂豐富,配日本萬能葱真是一絕,有葱香,沒有葱的辛辣味。北海道帆立貝刺身,這是新鮮貨色,貝肉還有收縮的很有動感,味道鮮甜可口,肉質細膩軟滑,配上海苔醬更提升鮮味。右口魚刺身,這裡有2個部分。魚卷是魚身及魚肝配了葱,肉質較煙韌,味道偏淡,但魚肝卻很鮮甜;魚邊的油脂非常豐富,而且燒過使油分更香,肉質綿綿的。生熟北寄貝,生的肉質比較有咬口,而且很肥美,也夠厚身;熟比生的更精彩,首先肉質嫩滑,肉味很清甜,還帶有點點的牛油香味。深海厚切黑睦魚刺身配上師傅特別調製的檸檬麵豉醬,魚的油脂特多,肉的纖維細嫩,使人驚喜的是檸檬麵豉醬,檸檬的酸味跟麵豉醬的鹹味配合得宜使魚肉更鮮味。小長井生蠔,蠔肉偏淡口,味道清甜,配上辣汁刺激。青魚刺身,肉質嫩滑,燒過的魚皮很香,配上葱很香口。天婦羅,門鱔香脆可口,最重要是沒有骨;炸洋蔥很甜美;屈菜(蕨菜)味道青蔥;魔
