又到左食大閘蟹嘅季節,鍾意食蟹嘅我又周圍出動尋找靚蟹。今次到訪尖沙咀《京滬佳餚》享受大閘蟹宴三重奏。$568 大閘蟹宴三重奏 (2位)江蘇大閘蟹 (兩隻)佢地選用江蘇出產嘅大閘蟹,同出邊不明產地嘅蟹唔同,有哂品質保證。兩隻蟹每一隻都足足有五兩半咁重,比我平時出面嘅見到更加大隻。折開蟹蓋見到入面勁多蟹膏,食落非常濃郁又鮮甜。豉油皇大虎蝦 佢地嘅大虎蝦比起平時見到嘅大頭蝦仲要更加大隻。虎蝦大火爆香,連蝦殼都炒到勁脆。而豉油亦都滲哂入蝦肉入邊,蝦身彈牙又鮮甜。生拆蟹粉小籠包新鮮熱辣嘅小籠包,皮身夠薄,輕輕咬開頂端就可以吸晒啲肉汁出嚟,滿滿嘅蟹粉濃郁又齒頰留香。如果食完佢哋嘅套餐唔夠喉,仲可以單點酲醋小排骨和嫩雞煨麵。小排骨肉質軟腍又煙煙韌韌,而煨麵吸收晒雞湯嘅精華,濃郁又鮮味。
