十下的裝修以懷舊為主題甚有氣氛,霓虹燈飾、熱水壺、雞毛掃,以至於餐具,都讓人彷彿時光倒流回到八十年代一樣。火瞳花膠魚肚雞湯火鍋 ($288)湯頭以雞骨及金華火腿熬製,鮮甜而且清澈,毫不油膩,更有大量花膠、魚肚、紅棗等材料,相當養生滋補。另外更可以吩咐店員將湯裡的一整隻雞分拆食用,「雞盡其食」大刀手切本地牛肉 ($178)牛肉味濃而且肥瘦適中,入口毫不油膩。安格斯牛肉 ($158)肉質比大刀手切本地牛肉滑。黑豚肉爽 ($78)黑豚肉爽口感與豬頸肉相似,不過入口相對不太油膩。十下三寶滑 ($108)三寶滑包括牛筋滑、蝦滑和墨魚滑,各自鮮味肉味突出,口感彈牙。美國桶肥蠔 ($28/隻)蠔身飽滿肥大,味道鮮美。大頭虎蝦 ($80)虎蝦巨型之條肉質爽口毫不霉爛。脆炸響鈴 ($52)火鍋必備的響鈴巨型之餘亦夠香脆。鳳城水餃 ($64/四隻)皮薄餡靚。懷舊果皮魚蛋 ($36)陳皮魚蛋坊間罕見,用作火鍋配料更是少之又少,口感結實而且陳皮味極為香郁。豬腸粉 ($32)豬腸粉一樣特別罕見地用作火鍋配料,質感出乎意外地滑溜。別具本土特色的懷舊餐廳的確絕無僅有,食物質素尤其以湯底特別出眾,最別出心裁的是配料加
