"會所月經會"正式成立後第一擊並非到高不可攀的高貴會所而係地茂到一個點的革新會食堂,聽聞負責人經常掛在口唇邊的那句{冇嘢好食}令我更加對它充滿好奇和期盼!!懷舊的升降機仿如帶我走進時光隧道,升降機門一開看見的盡是七,八十年代的景緻,紙皮石牆壁,跣滑地磚,紅色絲絨凳以及白檯布!!這夜酒友不少小妹帶了枝粗嘢獻醜,可幸大家也不嫌棄盡興哋清樽多謝賞面^0^另外PJ也帶來台灣得獎名酒{Kavalan Single Malt Whisky}色澤近乎白蘭地的威士忌因為用上雪梨酒桶釀造出來,酒味很濃烈飲開酒的我也有點吃不消呀!!還有日本手信這款{茶之菓}抹茶味甘香不澀白朱古力夾心香甜美味,而且鬆化非常比起{白之戀人}好味多了令我暗裡著迷^0^還有Kenneth的甜酒帶點蜜糖香氣,甜美易入口女仕們必愛^0^老闆送上餐前小食{香脆春卷}炸至脆卜卜毫不油膩誘人至極^0^{蝦多士}質感脆口不油膩蝦膠爽彈,兩味香口炸物為大家打開胃口迎接精彩佳肴!率先獻上係{玻璃大蝦球}大蝦

大蝦球質感札實彈牙又爽口蝦味須未十分濃都,但那點點質素上佳的蝦籽將靈魂帶了回來令整件事變得更具魅力^0^

{碧綠珊瑚}海量的蟹粉内充斥鮮甜紅蟹肉質感滑溜沒半點腥味,還有索汁專家脆口竹笙在內另配上嫩綠芥蘭度香甜有咬口,升仙感覺便是這樣嘛!!

{骨香鯧魚球}上檯時那股鑊氣在我身旁飄過聞得我口水直流,鋪面的鯧魚球肉質結實頗具魚味,墊底魚骨本來香脆可口可惜被炒球熱情融化了而變得溫柔呢!!

{砵酒蠔}用上桶蠔來泡製本不存厚望但又出乎意料哋鮮甜而且沒帶酸味,桶蠔個子較大煮起後還具份量咬下也較滿足真的要一讚大廚功夫呢~

最後係{紅豆沙},店方已將紅豆磨去外皮這做法我也試過,那管煲至起晒沙可惜也得不倒車爸爸垂青呢!!這碗紅豆沙果皮香味頗濃吃得出係靚貨而且內裡有著不少我喜愛的粉糯蓮子吃得車媽媽挺愜意喔!!
