To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新年期間無咩餐廳或茶記開門,只好去屋企附近間快餐店幫襯,其實食前都無咩期望會好好味,只係順填飽個肚就算,但無諗過會差成咁,炸雞批湯米算係此店最穩陣,但當日真係差到接受唔到,米粉唔熟仲好硬身,食完幾啖開始頂住個胃,而雞批一開始比我果隻係燶到成隻黑媽媽,叫佢換個隻態度勁差話隻隻都係咁,轉油批仲要等20分鐘喎,唉只好再等一陣換過隻炸批,點知都係炸得過火肉又鞋身又乾,只好硬食當填肚,但以前佢嘅炸批米係好好食的~
