近排因肺炎疫情女兒放假多左,又不可以去旅行,唯有在港找尋美食滿足一下食慾!當然我又是陪客之一。今日佢又帶我去銅鑼灣一間叫SENSE的高級餐廳,餐廳是樓上舖,裝修擺設時尚,座位寬敞舒適。生薑燒西班牙豚肉定食(配沙律及湯),豚肉份量都好多,鋪滿飯面,肉質鮮嫩,撈左特別調製的醬汁好好味,加入配料洋蔥和生薑,使味道提升不少。沙律蔬菜清新爽口,麵豉湯味香甜。加28元有是日甜品,上枱時散發出一股白色煙霧,面層是用菠蘿打成泡末,面上加有名貴的金泊,中間有菠蘿雪芭和一塊餅,下面是菠蘿粒和果仁,菠蘿味香,味道酸酸甜甜,又有不同口感,真的是色香味俱全!炸雞翼配他他汁,即叫即炸,外層酥脆不油膩,肉質嫩滑有汁。他他汁帶少許酸味,食多左雞翼都唔會滯。
