兩位舞友週三晚為XO仔慶生,專登揀咗間仍在試業階段o既「Chic by The Oyster House」,好等大家可以交流一下飲食心得。小肥早已黎過蠔屋前身o既餐廳好幾次,對其流水小湖中o既私人升降機都好熟識。餐店層連接著室內外座位依然有條小橋。只係小橋換上更潮o既新衣裳,明顯有意襯托返時尚o既店名。環境除咗光猛咗之外,樓底高高o既用餐大堂間隔同之前並無太大改變。餐桌與餐桌間空間足,厚墊椅櫈舒適,感覺大方潔淨。傍晚六時入座,三口子仍可享用歡樂時光優惠,主人家就決定開樽白酒慢慢嘆;嘻嘻,半個鐘唔洗就飲哂,其實都唔算慢囉。「Cheers!」我地先應推介點咗客小食及三款生蠔送酒。多得經理哥哥提點,得知三人如果叫多一杯酒,即每人有兩杯,咁就可以六折享用所有蠔隻,嘩哈哈,小肥當然係好抵得諗地要多杯白酒啦!棒棒雞槌($58/四件):真係估唔到雞槌原來已去骨,香辣惹味之餘仲食得方便,實屬酒客恩物。每人三款生蠔,合共九隻以拼盤呈上,並由溫婉o既服務生續一介紹。喺蠔屋食蠔果然講究,哥哥仔為蠔隻簡介過後更不忘建議由淡至濃o既食用次序。Yellow Stone($53/隻;酒客特價$32/隻):於帶子口開
