《香江花月》相信大家並不陌生,昔日大台有套時裝懷舊劇集「香江花月夜」,而今時今日,有一間帶你走進懷舊老香港的 IG熱門的火鍋店《香江花月》。 始於 50年代,香港製衣業大行其道,而 70至 80年代更是香港製衣業的高峰,當年的車衣手藝足以符合外國要求,我的媽媽也是當年我車衣女工喔! 一直想與媽媽一同前來荃灣的《香江花月》,因為餐廳正是以紡紗主題。店內陳列了不少紡織機及衣車古董,配合懷舊的裝修,寬敞又舒適的座位,細緻精巧盡見心思。可以帶她穿越時空,讓她懷緬昔日。而我又可盡情打卡,店內除了裝潢華美復古;更設有一間極具現代感的打卡房,利用霓虹光管製造織布線縱橫交織的效果,科幻與設計美學融為一體,相當獨特。 食物方面,更是別出心裁,不但外型精緻,還配上大量食用花,擺放得精美,令人賞心悅目。湯底絕對是火鍋的靈魂,而我選了養生的美顏花膠雞窩,以滋補的花膠和鮮嫩的雞肉為主要材料,搭配蟲草、杞子、花菇等,非常足料,味道鮮美而清爽,同時具有豐富的營養價值,極具滋陰養顏及補腎等食療作用。把食物下鍋前,別忘了先享用一碗花膠雞湯喔!先來一碟太極兩儀,任何事物從一開始便產生了兩個面,今次一面是注滿紅酒的安格斯肥

先來一碟太極兩儀,任何事物從一開始便產生了兩個面,今次一面是注滿紅酒的安格斯肥牛;另一面是沐浴在牛乳中的梅花豬肉片。牛肉油脂分布均勻,肉質軟腍又嫩滑;梅花豬肉片鮮甜味美,爽口彈牙。加上精緻的擺盤,絕對是視覺與味覺的享受。

火鍋點心,七彩餃子,放置在中式層架上,份外雅致,令人賞心悅目。尤其火鍋點心,造型精美, 有南瓜、金魚、白兔等,而且有甜有咸,相當特別。七彩餃子有七款不同味道,不同的餡料分別有金華火腿菜肉餃、冬菇薺菜餃、蟹肉黑松露餃、午餐肉粟米餃、蟲草花餃、姬松茸野菌餃、和牛香茜餃,同樣各有特色!

皮蛋蝦滑,用木碗盛載,上桌時配備木槌,食客可自由搭配自己喜歡的配料,並加以攪拌。原來蝦滑搭配半隻溏心皮蛋,不但口感彈牙,而且更鮮更惹味。

一帆風順,秋葵搭配蟹籽墨魚滑,展現出數隻可愛小帆船,放進鍋內,猶如揚帆海上,很療癒!秋葵高纖又有益,魚滑爽滑彈牙,加上蟹籽的脆卜卜,令口感更豐富。

香芳幻,粉色與藍色漸變效果營造一種夢幻感,以紅桑苺、酸奶及菠蘿汁為主調,香甜果香中帶點點微酸,味道不太甜膩,而上層的蛋白泡沫散發出陣陣椰香,視覺、味覺兼備的特飲。
