朋友總說我每個週末喜歡歎一盅兩件這個習慣很搞笑,也許是想說我似老頭子吧(笑)? 之前其實一直比較喜歡吃日本菜,直至遇上明閣,才開始迷上了中菜的。今日帶着戰戰兢兢的心情重來,不知道再回頭,明閣的一切有沒有變樣。接待處職員的笑容和服務態度依舊親和,今次我們被安排坐在旁邊的大廳,穿過小走廊,看見一片金碧輝煌,雖然樓底較低,不過很有空間感。可惜我們的坐位不近窗,亦沒有古玩擺飾,個人還是比較懷念正門那邊的圓形小廳。這兒的蝦餃形態飽滿,色澤白裡透紅,每隻的大小都均勻得很,中間還有朵捏成翠綠小花形狀的,非常漂亮。餃皮彈牙,入口有少許爆汁效果,內餡的蝦仁大大顆,爽口有湯味又嚐到蝦鮮,賣相和味道跟記憶中一模一樣。兩寸半大小的流沙包是明閣另一亮點,掰開包身的流心效果令人心花怒放,雖然質地比較稀身,不過包身預留了擠壓的空間,所以不會有令人狼狽的爆潟場面。熱燙香軟的包身,不黏牙,帶有濃郁的鹹香,同樣令人懷念。上次來的時候沒有嚐過這兒的腸粉,今次點了蜜汁叉燒腸,感覺很夢幻。端來的一碟,聞到迷人的麻油香。瘦叉燒薄切,甜甜的混有青蔥香味,明明夾起來手感結實,入口卻滑嘟嘟,很不錯。山竹牛肉球的賣相很平實,顏色似乎比一
