To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尋日(19-7-2014 Sat)晏晝,男友同友人NT睇完戲後,佢過o黎我o度,時值lunch時間,佢問我想食咩o野?我答麥當勞,都係唔好,我想食雞髀沙律,但下午茶時間至有,不過佢返到o黎都差唔多,就咁決定.好耐,佢終於o黎到,當然,佢自己都要買o野食,咁就有兩個餐,打開睇,一個係我o既雞髀沙律,一個係佢o既排骨墨魚片蒸飯,飲品有凍檸茶同凍檸水.我o地開餐喇,我o既炸雞髀size唔大,炸得外脆內嫩,又夠鹹,但佢俾埋茄汁我蘸,就格外惹味.而沙律就菠蘿偏多,亦有青瓜同粟米粒,算可以.而男友o既蒸飯呢,排骨有好多,但o個兩片,我覺得唔似係墨魚片,食吓先,係飽片,佢o既排骨全部夠腍,味道又唔太鹹.而凍檸茶同凍檸水呢,我就飲後者,大熱天時,男友拎住外賣等車等o左好耐,但啲冰只溶剩細半杯,可想而知佢o地係俾成半杯冰.而佢仍然係凍,因為我o地係開餐前將佢o地放入雪櫃.呢個味道都冇乜o野,不過飲到最後卻飲到澀味.味道係3.75分,抵食係1.75分價錢: 男友唔記得兩個餐幾錢,只記得全部加埋係$70.00.原來上次幫趁,已經係4年前o既事,o個個食評: http://www.openrice.com/r
