To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 元貝粒蒸肉餅雖然見到有豉油,但都唔算太鹹,口感鬆軟.白飯就正常冇問題.

我貪心試一啖,冇咖啡味只有奶茶味嘅?睇睇張單,亞姐落咗凍奶茶,照飲啦,呢個茶味同甜度都適嘅.

睇完menu, 老公原本想要$41.00嘅潮式四寶河,但見到有同價嘅潮州魚皮餃淮山麵,感覺健康啲,所以要呢個,飲熱奶茶.我要$42.00嘅全日早餐B1,飲熱檸水.
兩杯嘢飲分別到嚟,
之後嘢食都到嚟,我嘅B1全日早餐有豬柳漢堡,煙肉,炒蛋同法國牛角包. 其實都怕怕地豬柳漢堡喇,但又想食牛角包同唔想食吉列魚柳,所以揀呢個.
但呢女嘅豬柳漢堡又唔係好油膩喎,出奇.
炒蛋嫩滑,味道清淡;煙肉唔太鹹,亦唔係炸到超乾身嗰隻,我鍾意;法國牛角包就好細件,外脆內鬆軟,牛油香亦唔算好濃.
老公嘅潮州魚皮餃淮山麵呢? 麵身冇油較乾,正常吖;潮州魚皮餃亦屬正常貨色; 啖湯就係潮式唔太濃嘅味道.
味道係2.86分

我睇睇張單,點解每個餐貴$2.00? 唔通嘢飲要另加錢?睇吓menu,原來寫咗星期六,日同公眾假期加$2.00.真係有趣喎,原來呢啲日子佢哋覺得返工好辛苦,要加錢獎勵,咁我唔喺呢啲日子嚟囉.

點了兩個套餐,先來兩碗“菜干湯”,湯渣份量足,有金銀菜 、豬骨、紅蘿蔔、蜜棗等,豬骨也不是下欄貨,沒味精,甜,這幾天天氣十分乾燥,有菜乾湯,真的照顧周到,有心思。
剛進門路過鄰座時,那碟白切雞,有雞髀,皮看起很嫩滑,是餐牌上最貴的兩款之一“沙薑雞”,但一上菜,我黑臉了整整一分鐘,一眼數得出,四塊雞胸加一隻雞翼,柴,多骨,72塊,值得給個“哭”!
“涼瓜叉燒炒蛋”,正常多了,味道、賣相都可以,只是涼瓜+叉燒這個配搭,有“用賣剩蔗做套餐”的感覺!
實在不夠蔬菜,多點了一個“椒絲腐乳炒通菜”,賣相不錯,菜還翠綠,但腐乳味不足,辣椒絲又多了點,合格而已。
總體說,那沙薑雞太離譜,無法高抬貴手。
