To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 燒賣蝦餃係點心既表表姐,都差唔多係必叫,但唔知係咪蒸得太耐, 燒賣真係好一般, 可能七仔叮叮仲好食過佢就咁睇落顏色都知佢超濃郁, 平時食開既桂花色澤淡黃D,而且超多桂花, 平時用魚膠粉整桂花糕,口感會實的的,但依個唔會,正!牛腩乾肥膏較少, 好入味而且有啖啖八角味,應應該都煮咗好耐,不過就冇好乾柴既感覺 , 唔鍾意食肥膏既人可以試下招牌酥皮叉燒包, 一定要叫, 食過咁多次仍然覺得佢好好食我知排骨係有骨既(癈話), 但個人黎講覺得骨既部分真係偏多左
