皇庭匯 Imperial Restaurant大角咀海富苑海富商場1樓106號舖今年我地團年飯就早少少食,早一個星期六搞費事要下星期年廿九先同人迫及鬥貴嘛,每年選地方都要就兩三家人,今次就book這皇廷匯一來近旺角嘛,二來佢新裝修試試先!星期六已好旺場,佢地分六點及八點兩場,我地就揀八點啦,唔想食食下比人八點就趕走無引嘛。這晚我地7點9左右就到,但要等六點頭圍走都等好耐,你地睇下門口等八點既客越來越多,我估連埋轉彎位有成70人在等入去,我都要成8點9先入到場,門口及離場管理都好差勁,門口得一個知客完全同客無溝通,好多人都好鼓噪!入到去個景象完全嚇死人,賓墟既場面,大堂左邊間了三間VIP房,應該是訂了兩三圍的,但外邊全部大檯都放得好迫,連主要行人幹道都只有一人闊度,我都咁多次酒樓晚飯都係第一次見咁迫咋!我見到所有樓面做完個頭圍都已經好攰咁,仲要在咁賓墟既場面服務埋尾圍…我地落柯打都要就住,驚會有人爆呀…哈!(其實我覺得大時大節酒樓應該學放題,5:30pm頭圍8點尾圍,那才不致令尾圍的食客鼓噪嘛)Anyway, 呢到既節日菜式其實唔貴,你睇好多菜式都好易叫得上手,我地11人就叫了兩客龍蝦加

Anyway, 呢到既節日菜式其實唔貴,你睇好多菜式都好易叫得上手,我地11人就叫了兩客龍蝦加伊麵、鮮菌紅燒豆腐煲、咕嚕芝麻黑豚肉、蠔皇冬菇扣玉掌、翡翠花枝蝦球、吊爐鹽焗雞同埋海龍躉兩吃!茶壺個牌幾有型,不過當我地斟晒茶後叫極人都無待應得閒理幫我地加加水,我唸等了8分鐘才有人加水噢!

rather than鹽焗雞,不過我地見佢燒得都幾香就休佢keep係到唔叫人換喇,食落其實無乜特別,不算嫩也不算鞋!

海龍躉兩味$298,有配西蘭花炒龍躉球,及黑木耳蒸龍躉球,好香也炒得幾到位,不過西蘭花就有點硬未夠林身;而蒸球那邊就不過不失,有點遍淡,不過龍躉還是清蒸的上檯夠鮮D!

最後上檯既就是主角…芝士焗Double龍蝦$434 !! 我都未見過這樣鮮黃色既芝士焗龍蝦,唔知佢用乜芝士都幾有Artificial feel….haha! 不過食落原來非常味濃,龍蝦兩隻不算太多肉,這次上檯好像是開邊切既沿固,沒有啖啖肉的口感,應該每隻得斤零重,這次不如及打一隻三兩斤重稱既大龍蝦好肉好多,所以下次大家要識叫喇!蝦肉也不是太有肉味,只有芝士味,感覺不太理想!
