聽人講粉嶺中心有一間日本野幾好評價一向都唔錯之前都一直想去食終於等到晚市開返堂食好啦咁就食下啦門外嘅等待人數其實唔少 但我刻意避開黎影姐叫左都幾多野食 就盡量長話短說啦辣味螺肉 $38 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾食多幾粒就會覺得有少少辣個螺肉都尚算彈牙嘅但佢本身個汁冇乜味而且雪藏感有啲重唔同平時喺出面食嘅感覺天婦羅蝦卷 $72 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾呢個係意外疐比想像中好食個蝦炸得好脆同個心係熱個飯又唔會太dry 同個口感係好嘅唐揚一口雞 $38 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾炸雞應該係自己醃過嘅因為佢個薑汁味都重同一般出面食嘅都係唔同味但係都幾Juicy 其實都幾好味豬軟骨拉麵 $66 👍🏾👍🏾如果係諗住食傳統拉麵咁呢一個拉麵就會令你失望啦佢個豬骨湯底唔算濃 就一定冇得同啲拉麵專門店去比較㗎喇而且拉麵呢就係接近水掛麵嗰種唔係一蘭嗰種咁幼 但又冇味千嗰隻咁粗不過豬軟骨係好食嘅煮得夠林 啲軟骨都好似漿咁海鮮燒餅 $48 👍🏾👍🏾佢係大版燒嗰種沙律醬 燒汁 木魚 本身就係唔輸嘅配搭 所以味道都係好嘅遺憾嘅係 個粉漿感太重麵粉個比例太多 食落好漿口都好濟鰻魚飯 $82 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾飯係預期嘅珍珠米( ´▽`) 飯嘅口感偏
