To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

五時廿分入到這店，店員表示已是晚市，無計吖，就睇晚市餐牌。款式都不少，各式烏冬拉麵及飯都有。我們叫了咖哩吉列豬扒拉麵配火炙壽司三件、牛肉鍋等。火炙壽司很香，無得揀，給了玉子、蝦及魚，味道不錯。飯身軟，不會硬。拉麵肉有半隻流心蛋，軟硬剛好。吉列豬扒都屬正常，香脆，但不算肉軟。咖哩湯就略嫌一般，反而另一個叫走咖哩，味道更正常。我的牛肉鍋，幾滿足。牛肉數量不少，不會太肥或太靭。還有菜、豆腐、獅子狗及蛋。阿仔食完拉麵還要加，再叫了燒牛舌，厚薄適中，不會過淋，也不靭或硬，幾出色。還有吉列炸蠔及炸蝦，價錢相宜，質素成正比，算不錯。
