To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚市放題$108一位，自選主菜一款，配菜於自助區自取。 食物質素差，服務又差。啲野唔好食，真係試一次冇下次。食物唔好食，烤魚肉質好硬，感覺好唔新鮮。自助區得素菜和丸見得下人，啲牛肉韌到嚇死人。服務超唔得，啲侍應個個係到除口罩飲野吹水，自助區食物冇曬都冇人加。食食下見到廚師係入面除曬口罩，之後仲係出菜位伸個頭出嚟同樓面不停大聲傾計，諗到餸菜充滿曬佢哋嘅口水就想嘔，疫情下做飲食仲欠缺衛生意識，唔會再幫襯佢⋯⋯
