To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 個零月前去試過佢晚市的鐵板餐, 有腸, 豬扒同雞扒。條腸幾多食, 唔係廚師腸, 入面有d 香草, 我中意呀。豬扒幾大塊,但都多肥糕, 雞扒正常。但d 飯同菜放哂在鐵板底, 根本無咩鐵板效果, d 菜最後仲出哂水....加錢可換雀巢雪糕, 我揀左芒果同vanilla 味, 做飯後甜品岩哂^^
