To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食龍蝦伊麵，變成米缐，無一塊肉的龍蝦。為了掩飾龍蝦的腥味，加粉走油，重塩醃過D蝦！唯一解釋係死蝦。如果係咁，吾可以收咁貴！以前都未見過。真的長見識！豆苗有草青味，蟹粉好腥，失敗！炸子雞油淋淋，失敗中的失敗！最好食的是碟花生小吃，問你死末！服務員懶，散，慢。開茶都十五分鐘！可能換左D伙記，大廚應該吾係之前班底了！可以食餐飯的地方買少見少了。其實，租金貴可以加價的。吾駛將貨就價。如果好食，貴D都有客人返來食！
