<晚飯小菜之選>雖然大埔呢間彩福已經開咗好一段日子,但作為土生土長既大埔人,我地都係第一次黎食野。入到酒樓,新裝修既環境好新淨,好光猛,感覺唔錯。菜牌有好多小菜,燒味,套餐組合。野食方面,我地點咗個片皮鴨二食,因為平時比較少機會食到。燒鴨原隻黎到我地面前,服務員即場將燒鴨皮一片一片地切岀。剩餘嘅就會用來製作涼瓜炆鴨件。片皮鴨配埋醬同京葱捲起一齊食,皮連著一少層鴨肉,非常juicy 又美味。另外比較喜歡嘅菜餚係懷舊金獎叉燒,一向都好鍾意食叉燒,但唔係度度都整得好食。呢度整得幾有水準,香口之餘,肥瘦均勻,醬汁好味又夠多。總體來說,幾款小菜都頗有水準,下次放假又可以同屋企人黎飲下茶,試埋呢度嘅點心睇下係咪都係咁得先🤗🤗

另外比較喜歡嘅菜餚係懷舊金獎叉燒,一向都好鍾意食叉燒,但唔係度度都整得好食。呢度整得幾有水準,香口之餘,肥瘦均勻,醬汁好味又夠多。
