To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前已經黎食過一次，今日約朋友係長沙灣食飯就即刻諗起呢間冰廳。第一道嗌左朋友最鐘意食既晚飯小菜 招牌椒鹽蒜香豬扒，無食咁耐依然好夠椒鹽既鹹香味，仲有陣陣蒜香味，豬扒肥瘦適中、肉質鬆軟。另外嗌左個晚餐E XO醬茄子牛肉煲，一上枱熱辣辣，茄子煮到糜爛咬落去好有茄香味，仲吸哂醬汁既味道，加埋醬汁撈白飯，真係好滋味，如果牛肉可以再生d更完美，可能本身鐘意食生d，應該會再嫩滑d。每個套餐都有包例湯同白飯。而飲品就加左$8嗌特飲，有OREO特濃阿華田，阿華田味夠重，唔會淡茂茂。另一杯就叫左什果賓治，甜甜地、有氣泡、加埋水果增添口感。
