To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 起初以為呢一間嘢只係一間好普通嘅大眾化酒樓,但眼見佢喺每年美食之最大賞都有獎攞,就即管同食神大佬走去試一試,試過先知真係有驚喜。嗰晚我哋試咗薑米活魚炒飯(炒得好掂!必食!)芝麻鹽焗雞(冇乜驚喜,但係都好食)奇脆明珠伴金龍(好食得嚟 又特別)芝士南乳酥伴南瓜球(絕對試得過)& 一碟炒菜同蟹粉小籠包(都絕對唔錯)最衰我哋 嗰 次人少少,如果唔係一定試埋其他得獎菜(例如三弄回味牛肉),唯有下次先再去試。
