之前每一次去「景逸軒」都係去紅磡海逸酒店既分店。如果唔係朋友提起,真係完全唔知道原來佢喺天文台道呢棟新既商廈開左新分店,以後終於唔駛山長水遠由尖沙咀行天橋過去喇!台南七味豆腐 ($52):細細粒既豆腐炸到剛剛好,外脆內軟之餘「一口牛」既size令佢可以一啖就食晒落肚,更難得既係佢唔算太熱氣添!脆皮燙手乳豬(半隻)($338):乳豬既皮出奇地脆,肉質肥瘦適中,唔似平時擺酒肥到漏油既質素,雖然做唔到「燙手」,但微熱既感覺入口時都值得一讚既!脆皮素鵝 ($48):入口時鬆脆既感覺令我覺得佢係即叫即炸,素鵝裹面既材料都算豐富,鍾意食香口野既朋友記住唔好錯過呀!瑤柱花膠四寶羹 ($198):五個人食剛剛分到五大碗,不過如果D花膠同瑤柱可以大粒D就更加好喇!琥珀雀巢海中寶 ($128):材料非常十足,除左常見既帶子同埋鮮魷之外,重有石班、帶子、合桃、紅椒同埋蜜豆等等調起D味,正!八寶時蔬併盤 ($88):對於鍾意食清淡食物既朋友真係不可不點,但老實講作為「食肉獸」既我只係一般!濃湯桃膠浸菜芯 ($88):浸菜芯落左女士們最鍾意、功效近似燕窩既美顏食材桃膠。桃膠又稱桃脂,乃桃樹既天然分泌物,會在樹上
