To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間都開咗一陣子, 之前食過午餐, 個餸都係即炒既, 都ok. 見到餐牌有個辣雞煲, 想試下, 無奈一個人點試呢...終於日前有朋友搵食飯, 就一齊去左試了.除咗 要咗半隻辣雞煲外, 仲叫咗 墨魚餅, 大鱔煲, 客家釀豆腐, 椒絲腐乳生菜.除咗客家釀豆腐之外, 其他都不錯, 抵食.客家釀豆腐 : 豆腐老又實, 魚肉唔係好新鮮.辣雞煲 : 一般辣, 香料夠味, 火喉剛好雞肉夠鮮嫩, 當然會有些油膩.墨魚餅 : 大件夾足料, 不見油膩.大鱔煲 : 鑊氣夠, 惹味, 不過份量一般.椒絲腐乳生菜 : 火喉剛好, 份量夠.因為唔係我找數, 唔知食咗幾銀; 估計連飯及啤酒, 大約$350左右.

除咗 要咗半隻辣雞煲外, 仲叫咗 墨魚餅, 大鱔煲, 客家釀豆腐, 椒絲腐乳生菜.
除咗客家釀豆腐之外, 其他都不錯, 抵食.

客家釀豆腐 : 豆腐老又實, 魚肉唔係好新鮮.
雞煲 : 一般辣, 香料夠味, 火喉剛好雞肉夠鮮嫩, 當然會有些油膩.
墨魚餅 : 大件夾足料, 不見油膩.
大鱔煲 : 鑊氣夠, 惹味, 不過份量一般.
椒絲腐乳生菜 : 火喉剛好, 份量夠.

因為唔係我找數, 唔知食咗幾銀; 估計連飯及啤酒, 大約$350左右.
