To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

還有晚市的時候，也曾光顧這一路徳圍分店。荃灣說是香港米線粉麵最密集的地區之一實不為過。雲桂香分店實不為多，記得其經營年分比譚仔短，但質素控制較佳。配茶大路，該有都有。五款湯底，今晚想食小鍋酸菜。都算快手，熱辣辣。湯底濃厚，有花時間煲過，幾好。配菜選了雞絲，唔掂，好鞋。見有蟲草花雞湯，但我相信是煲湯雞，無味。冬菇好食，淋滑又有菇味。腩片，有軟骨，是刨片再滷，唔算鞋，入味。忘記了是魚卷？可以不點，切開了再炸。整體而言，質素對得上價錢，不妨一試。
