今個星期日是個滿滿行程嘅一日,行程結束後,就醫一醫肚,回覆一下力氣,於是去到位於荃灣嘅 #波士冰室食個晚餐。餐廳晚市以巧手小菜為主,室內冷氣夠勁,唔使系外面捱熱,以QR Code下單,全日不收取加一。魚香茄子班腩+白飯+紫薯紅豆冰($102)茄子煮到半腍狀態,而班腩外皮香脆,仲帶點鑊氣💯欖菜肉鬆四季豆+白飯+柚子熱情果梳打($96)四季豆火候控制功夫講夠。入口炒太久而變軟,依然爽脆,完全食唔到絲,送飯一流。梳打味道好清新,而且吾會太甜,食完啲濃味野,可以飲返杯中和下。沙茶玉樹牛仔肉($72)牛肉食落非常軟腍。牛肉沾了沙茶醬,還送點菠蘿肉,入口酸酸甜甜。服務值得一讚,侍應相當友善,即使忙到踢晒腳,但依然招待周到。
