To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

買了一碗及第粥做晚餐。第一次試呢間d粥。粥底較稀，搞兩搞就起水。豬什份量適中，唯每樣只得一、兩件。豬什處理得宜，無異味。粉腸x2唔會苦，仍有o趙頭。豬肚x2幾好，較淋唔韌；豬潤係黃沙潤，非常爽口稔滑。豬心只得一舊，爽口，唔夠喉。豬肉丸都係得一粒，夾雜蝦肉，口感更佳。無味精，食後唔會口渴，唔錯。
