To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夜晚7點幾想係尖沙咀唔等位可以walk-in 既我估只有哩間稻香,佢哩間野有夜茶飲、火鍋、小菜。我地揀左食小菜,今晚點左個柚子蒜香骨,但柚子味欠奉,有個甜酸醬另上,個底墊左啲粟米片不過我唔太知係咪要一齊食,個肉質唔錯既。另外一個我最愛既魚香茄子煲,佢哩度個名改左做花膠魚香茄子煲,由於多左啲平時打邊爐既花膠,所以連個價錢都貴左,不過份量算足既,夠鑊氣,味道唔太鹹,算係咁。最後仲叫左個蒸氣雞窩,其實應該話係例湯一盅,盅內有一隻鮑魚、有啲雞,$30幾蚊可以叫合格啦。

另外一個我最愛既魚香茄子煲,佢哩度個名改左做花膠魚香茄子煲,由於多左啲平時打邊爐既花膠,所以連個價錢都貴左,不過份量算足既,夠鑊氣,味道唔太鹹,算係咁。
