To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時夜晚都幾鐘意叫餸食飯,今晚行過間茶餐廳,見佢裝修都唔錯,就入去試下。晚市套餐選項都幾flexible,我地三個人唔想食咁飽就叫咗主菜同小菜各一款,包埋兩個老火靚湯同白飯,都幾夠食。我地嗌咗薑蔥霸皇雞煲同埋拍蒜涼瓜豉汁炒牛肉,上菜都算快,十五分鐘內就有,仲要碟碟都熱辣辣。雞煲有成隻雞髀,唔係全部雞胸肉,味道都算不過不失。至於苦瓜就不太苦得黎又有少少甘味,本身唔係特別鐘意食苦瓜嘅我都食多咗。最有驚喜就係個燉湯,一開個蓋就見到底下有幾多湯料,飲落去完全唔係平時係茶餐廳飲開嘅味精湯,好有味同好清甜,有種飲緊阿媽煲嘅湯嘅感覺。

我地嗌咗薑蔥霸皇雞煲同埋拍蒜涼瓜豉汁炒牛肉,上菜都算快,十五分鐘內就有,仲要碟碟都熱辣辣。雞煲有成隻雞髀,唔係全部雞胸肉,味道都算不過不失。至於苦瓜就不太苦得黎又有少少甘味,本身唔係特別鐘意食苦瓜嘅我都食多咗。

最有驚喜就係個燉湯,一開個蓋就見到底下有幾多湯料,飲落去完全唔係平時係茶餐廳飲開嘅味精湯,好有味同好清甜,有種飲緊阿媽煲嘅湯嘅感覺。
