To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

估唔到係荃灣上面呢個位都有間咁抵食經濟實惠嘅冰室，入面位置都好寬敞坐得好舒服，晚市套餐選擇都好多，五六十蚊一個飯麵餐真係少之又少㗎啦，睇咗餐牌好耐都揀唔到食乜添，小菜炒飯炒麵都想試吓，到最後就揀咗呢兩款試吓魚香茄子炆米嘅精髓知唔知係咩？除咗咸香甘味嘅咸魚味之外，茄汁經常被比下去，但其實都好重要㗎，走過油嘅茄子可以好完美保持住紫色，微辣甘香嘅醬汁俾茄子充分吸住，每咬一啖豐富嘅醬汁就爆出嚟，而且茄子要係煮到熟透同保持完整之間嘅平衡都拿捏得好好呢個豉汁涼瓜魚塊快炒出嚟熱辣辣，涼瓜入口多汁唔苦，豉汁惹味將食材包住哂，每一口層次都好足夠
